In the event of a cancellation we require 48 hours notice. Up to 100% charge will apply if cancelled within 12 hours of your appointment and any future appointments may require pre-payment. Up to 100% charge applies to no shows.

Arriving late to appointments may decrease your treatment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled.
